Manchester Metropolitan PGCE Students Mentor TFAC SChools
A huge thank you to the Manchester Metropolitan University PGCE students who mentored Nantwich Primary school children during Time for a Change 2010/2011. The Secondary PGCE students who are all training to teach Business Studies were a considerable asset during the project. They all gave considerable time and effort to advise and motivate the KS2 primary school children who participated in the project, as well as supported class teachers when needed.
Thank you also to those PGCE students who performed the judging role at individual primary school heats and the Finals which took place at the hub high schools.
EBP hopes that through their experience of Time for a Change the PGCE students have been able to enhance their knowledge of ‘Enterprise’, transition planning and primary education.
We wish them every success in their future teaching careers!
